- Systematic train of Employees.
- Consulting with other trainers and management on any new developments that may have an impact on the company.
- Creation training materials that are based on facts and research.
Candidate / Profile Skills
- 12 months – 2 years of prior experience (preferably in Training, but not mandatory)
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Organizing abilities.
- Advanced Research Skills.
- Enthusiasm for learning is a quality that many people possess.
